We were blown away by the hospitality, service and over all experience of Nyaleti Lodge. It was our first night of honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Ann was extremely helpful the morning of sending details via WhatsApp and providing us with local attractions and restaurants. The room was kitted out with everything we needed. We had a delicious breakfast and a lovely bush walk to the waterhole. We will definitely be back!!!
Oh man, what a wonderful experience. From the Host being extremely professional with attention to detail, to an amazing breakfast. Cherry on top, Kruger National Park is just a stone throw away. The bed was just out of this world.
We stayed at the Villa. Ann & Marlon are the new owners. They are so friendly and have the best sense of decoration. The gardens are beautiful, and breakfast was tasty. Above all, they arrange fantastic game drives. You don’t need to stay inside the private reserve and pay 3 times more!!!
I can’t say enough nice things about Nyaleti. If you are looking to stay in the area and deciding between lodges, just do yourself a favor and choose Nyaleti. We came for a leg of our honeymoon, and it was a perfect romantic spot and close to the airport. Our only regret is not staying longer. It’s located inside the Wildlife Estate, so you can do your own bush walks and enjoy the serenity of the area. Marlon & Ann cook up a mean breakfast (and I have high standards of food and cooking!) and we had nice chats and they will do everything possible to make your stay perfect.
We had an amazing experience, it made our safari experience most rememberable, the accommodations, the scenery were all wonderful. Lots of monkeys, warthogs, steenboks around the lodge. Marlon gave us the best reception ever. Ann is so kind, always around taking care of us. They are not just owners, but people with passion for nature and they love animals. Thank so much for making our trip so special Marlon and Ann!
We discovered a very beautiful and clean house. It was a really nice experience to sit either on an upstairs veranda or downstairs terrace, watching the animals during sunset accompanied by a warm garden fire (boma) – and a glass of wine. It was very helpful and caring that Ann advised us in advance to reserve a Game Drive booking, which otherwise would have been fully booked. Ann was always helpful and approachable!
What a beautiful place. Every detail has been thought of. The rooms are luxurious and beautiful! The breakfast is superb and the host and hostess are so helpful and friendly. They help you with everything! Make campfire, nothing is too much! Our best stay in South Africa.
